First not sure what's going on here. They installed our system under the name Newman Air but now show as Best in Show HVAC. These guys are the politicians of HVAC. When they are campaigning for your vote, they make all kinds of promises about no HVAC bills for the next 10 years. The technician diagnosed then the guy in the regular car and the button down shirt with the logo shows up and makes the sale. He is the politician with all the promises. Then something goes wrong... After two weeks. They already have your vote so then it becomes it is part of the system they didn't put in. For us it was a damper. They were going to get us a bid to fix it. Three weeks later I had to chase them down. They are awful at communicating. $465 to put the damper in. Didn't feel right... It feels shady. Asked for a call from Angela the owner, still waiting for that. Been a week now. Would have thought for $10k+ you'd think you would check these things to make sure they are functioning. You had no problem selling my the duct work for $350 extra on the install. Well I have no choice but to have you do my warranty work for the next 10 years although I'm sure it won't be a covered part. Hopefully I can save someone else the headache and frustration. Choose a different vendor... One that follows thru with their promises and get everything in writing from Slick Would that shows up in the car.

Woke up to no heat and water underneath my furnace. I asked a friend for suggestions and they recommended Newman Air. So I called @7:30am and the lady who answered was so helpful and she worked me in this morning before another job. The techs were Brandon and Steven they were very polite and professional. Come to find out the people who put in the furnace hadn’t glued the pipes together. The pipes leaked on electrical parts and they had come apart and that caused the unit to shutdown. Luckily the leaks didn’t cause any permanent damage. It took about an hour to clean out the water, glue the parts together, and reassemble. The price was great! I would definitely recommend them to anybody who has a problem with their HVAC.

We worked with Newman Air to diagnose an issue we were having with a ~10 year old system. We tried some fixes first but ultimately had them install a new system. The technicians did great work, and the office staff were friendly and helpful. They gave us an estimate with multiple options and had great financing options, and they were able to schedule the install within a week of us approving the estimate. I'd recommend them to anyone!

I had a 15 y.o. 2.5 ton AC & 30+ y.o. gas furnace that needed to be replaced. I called one of the big outfits in town & they gave me a quote (2.5 ton) but insisted that I needed all the duct work replaced too.

I called Newman & they said they could fix the duct work, replace the AC with a new 3 ton unit & a new furnace for $4K less than the other quote. The salesman Brian was prompt, attentive & thorough...he actually spent quite a bit of time in the attic inspecting the ducts.

Long story short, the new AC works excellent, easily reaching any set point & holding it effortlessly. The old unit struggled to get to 76 on hot days & ran constantly. The new furnace comes on & makes heat but I won't have a chance to thoroughly assess it until Fall/Winter. I suspect that my power bills will be substantially lower.

Gary, Chad & Eli did a great job with the install. Overall, I would summarize the new Daiken system by saying "quiet comfort"...it works great!

I had a unit replaced in a condo. The crew showed up promptly, got the new unit installed in the same day. Great Job!

I'm also having them do a full install, ductwork and all at another house I own. The crew, again, showed up promptly. I'll update the post when they get done. So far they're doing great. They guys are really friendly.

I have nothing but praise for Newman Air. I called 8:00am and they told me it would be late in afternoon ,got a text saying they were on their way at 11:30am . Mike was the technician and he was very polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within an hour. The charges were nothing to what I expected. If you have a/c or heat problem I highly recommend Newman.

I rarely give reviews but I was so pleased with Newman Air that I had to. Our A/C went out during one of the hottest stretches of the summer. I called the service we usually use and they couldn't get out for 5 days. The same with several others. Finally called Newman and they were able to get someone out the next day. The tech actually showed up a bit earlier than was scheduled, which was a plus, and was totally professional. I told him the symptoms, he said he probably knew what the issue was, checked the capacitor and 10 minutes later our A/C was back in business. Couldn't recommend them more highly.
