Adam was knowledgeable and friendly. He wore booties and cleaned up after himself. He arrived within his time window and got us up and running quickly. Pricing was quite reasonable.

Their timing for installation was perfect to fit our needs, the hvac technicians that arrived day of install we’re also very knowledgeable and friendly and they worked very well and went above and beyond for my family and I, and made sure if we needed anything or had any problems just to give them a call! We had a pretty tricky project with our new house. We had called several other HVAC companies in the area, and most of them weren't even willing to take on the situation at hand. Out of the 2 that were, Newman's was the most helpful and fairly priced.

The guys in the office that helped plan and set the quote, James and Brian, were very easy to communicate with and super open to hearing our thoughts when it came to how to install a new unit with the existing duct work.

Gary, Chad, and Eli were super efficient and got the work done quickly and well despite the elements being against them. (It was very wet and cold out. 🥶)

Our heat went out during the night and I called Newman's in the morning. They had a technician at the house with in an hour and he repaired the unit. Newman's staff was very professional and efficient. It was a great experience

Their tech, Alex, came out to evaluate my heating system and was most helpful. He set the Ecobee for me and offered excellent information. As well as assuring me my system is in good condition!

Woke up to no heat and water underneath my furnace. I asked a friend for suggestions and they recommended Newman Air. So I called @7:30am and the lady who answered was so helpful and she worked me in this morning before another job. The techs were Brandon and Steven they were very polite and professional. Come to find out the people who put in the furnace hadn’t glued the pipes together. The pipes leaked on electrical parts and they had come apart and that caused the unit to shutdown. Luckily the leaks didn’t cause any permanent damage. It took about an hour to clean out the water, glue the parts together, and reassemble. The price was great! I would definitely recommend them to anybody who has a problem with their HVAC.

Jake, who is always cordial and professional, arrived in a very timely manner. He assessed my heating problem, quickly made the necessary repairs, briefly monitored and determined that everything was in good working order. I've been a Newman's customer for years and I highly recommend them!!

Alex Johnson has been at my residence twice now and I have to give him a huge shoutout! He’s courteous, educated, and super helpful. On his first visit he showed me how to use my thermostat (never had one before) and it even encouraged me to read the manual. He’s great at what he does.

We worked with Newman Air to diagnose an issue we were having with a ~10 year old system. We tried some fixes first but ultimately had them install a new system. The technicians did great work, and the office staff were friendly and helpful. They gave us an estimate with multiple options and had great financing options, and they were able to schedule the install within a week of us approving the estimate. I'd recommend them to anyone!

I was very impressed with the care given to my whole-house humidifier install... the tech who came out to do the job was the same tech that came to do the quote initially. I could tell that he cared about his work and went out of his way to make sure everything was done exactly right. Bottom line, it was obvious to me that the quality of work, along with the equipment reliability, mattered.

I had to have a coil replaced in my unit upstairs. They ordered my part promptly and scheduled service as soon as possible. The repair men were very skilled, friendly and respectful. They worked hard until everything was running perfectly. I will definitely use them again and spread the word.

I had a 15 y.o. 2.5 ton AC & 30+ y.o. gas furnace that needed to be replaced. I called one of the big outfits in town & they gave me a quote (2.5 ton) but insisted that I needed all the duct work replaced too.

I called Newman & they said they could fix the duct work, replace the AC with a new 3 ton unit & a new furnace for $4K less than the other quote. The salesman Brian was prompt, attentive & thorough...he actually spent quite a bit of time in the attic inspecting the ducts.

Long story short, the new AC works excellent, easily reaching any set point & holding it effortlessly. The old unit struggled to get to 76 on hot days & ran constantly. The new furnace comes on & makes heat but I won't have a chance to thoroughly assess it until Fall/Winter. I suspect that my power bills will be substantially lower.

Gary, Chad & Eli did a great job with the install. Overall, I would summarize the new Daiken system by saying "quiet comfort"...it works great!

I was very impressed with, James, who they sent to look at what needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable,was willing to answer any questions, and explain things in detail.

I had a unit replaced in a condo. The crew showed up promptly, got the new unit installed in the same day. Great Job!

I'm also having them do a full install, ductwork and all at another house I own. The crew, again, showed up promptly. I'll update the post when they get done. So far they're doing great. They guys are really friendly.

I have nothing but praise for Newman Air. I called 8:00am and they told me it would be late in afternoon ,got a text saying they were on their way at 11:30am . Mike was the technician and he was very polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within an hour. The charges were nothing to what I expected. If you have a/c or heat problem I highly recommend Newman.

I called Newman Air and spoke with a super friendly and helpful person on Friday. I was able to get an appointment the following Monday. Jake showed up on time and expertly and quickly diagnosed the problem with our cooling system. Jake was super easy to talk to and was professional in his conduct the whole time. We had time while the coils were deicing for small talk which I thoroughly enjoyed. Newman Air should be proud to have Jake on their team. Because of him Newman Air has earned our trust and consequently our business and we look forward to being their customer.

I rarely give reviews but I was so pleased with Newman Air that I had to. Our A/C went out during one of the hottest stretches of the summer. I called the service we usually use and they couldn't get out for 5 days. The same with several others. Finally called Newman and they were able to get someone out the next day. The tech actually showed up a bit earlier than was scheduled, which was a plus, and was totally professional. I told him the symptoms, he said he probably knew what the issue was, checked the capacitor and 10 minutes later our A/C was back in business. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

This was our first time using Newman Air. We scheduled our Spring service and they did a fantastic job. Alex was out technician. He was very thorough and polite. He took the time to explain everything to us and answered all our questions.
